Human simulation is the next generation of learning. We combine our instructor based training with human simulators. This combination provides for realistic scenarios. Our staff of Emergency Physicians and Anesthesiologist help develop trauma and respiratory scenario to represent real world situations. We offer these resources onsite to assist with your training. You can also purchase or lease the human simulators from First on Scene Training LLC.

You can combine your training with our computer program to generate the victim scenarios for your START Triage. This software can generate from one to hundreds of victim scenarios based on the type of disaster you are simulating. The program allows you to select how many victims in each key triage category you want for your drill. We then moulage the victims to make your drill as realistic as possible. We utilize the guidelines from FEMA IS-139 Exercise Design. One key aspect of our plans is clearly defining the goals and objectives of the exercise along with a definition of “what will make it successful”. During the drill we provide observers who use the plan to “grade” how they exercise went. At the end of the drill we perform a debriefing providing your team with feedback on what they did well and areas they need improvement.
